Terms

By paying for or using Shipstack you agree to these terms.

  1. You must be 18 or older to pay. A bid is a purchase, and only adults can agree to one.
  2. Paid placements are advertisements. They are not endorsements, reviews or quality judgments.
  3. Payment buys a rank attempt. It does not buy traffic, ranking on other sites, or any outcome besides the bid rules on this board.
  4. Someone else can outbid you. Being outbid earns no refund or credit. Equal bids keep the older successful payment ahead.
  5. Week scores are halved every Monday at 00:00 UTC, rounded down.
  6. Pool holds are released only if a pool fails or is cancelled before it fills. Successful charges, including filled pools and ordinary bids, are not refundable.
  7. The operator may remove spam, policy-violating, NSFW or fraudulent listings without a refund.
  8. Stripe processes payments. Shipstack never sees or stores card numbers. Identity is the artifact URL plus the email Stripe reports.
  9. Email: the address Stripe reports is used for outbid alerts and a weekly owner report on your listing. The Monday recap only goes to addresses that confirmed it from a link we emailed. Every weekly email links to a page where you can stop it.
  10. Referral program: if you paid for a listing, you get a referral link. When someone makes a new listing through it, you earn 15% of that listing's first payment, sent by Stripe to your Stripe account. You need to set up payouts first (available in the EEA, UK, Gibraltar, Switzerland, the US and Canada); referrals made before that aren't paid later. Raises, pool chip-ins and your own listings (same email or card) don't count. If the payment is refunded or disputed, the 15% is taken back. Posts with your link must be marked as advertising. The operator can end the program or withhold commissions from abuse.
  11. There are no accounts, comments, likes or public third-party API.
  12. The service is provided as is. Rank changes only after Stripe confirms a completed checkout.
